Winning Ways began a mentorship program focusing on youth and adolescents from impoverished areas, ages 5-17. Applying our sports-themed foundational model, these kids participated in physical activities such as: stretching, running, catching footballs, and playing basketball. Awesome time with some amazing people!

A group was also held for the children to discuss the realities of being raised in urban communities and how success can be obtained through hard work and faith in oneself; regardless of where you grow up. The group was facilitated by Winning Ways Co-founder Benjamin Backes,  always a pleasure working with Ben and everyone had a wonderful time.
